"Very disappointed…. When I shop it’s not only about the merchandise, it’s about the experience. Any store that will allow its customers to have multiple loud speaker phone conversations going on while shopping is not for me. No doubt Joseph for men has very nice clothing, shoes and accessories, but as far as providing an atmosphere where clients can shop without rude, disrespectful, and loud speaker phone conversations going on they fall way below a “high end” standard. Also, there was a gentleman wearing a tank top with exposed hairy armpits trying on blazers and sport coats. I hope he bought them, because I feel sorry for the next person trying them on if he didn’t! I’ll shop Gucci on line or wait until I’m in Palm Beach or New York. I will never step foot in this store again. Again, a very big disappointment. They need to raise their standards to meet the level of their labels."

"I have gone to this store multiple times and NEVER leave disappointed. The items are always great but what really sets this store apart is it's custom service. The two women who run the store are AMAZING!!! I told them today that they should run the sister store next door, which leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service if they don't think you are well off. Please please please stop by this store...I promise,you won't regret it."
