"Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory. Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases. Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious. If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80)."

"I came in today just to get a pair of dress shoes for the weekend. Turns out it became more informative than I knew because of the prices and the great staff. It took me a while to look for my dress shoes, but they were for a great price first one was for $60 and they did fit the basic need but when I found that same brand for $70 it made all the difference. Because some of these items depending on what type of that they have on them will have 20% 30% or 50% off. That may not seem like much to Sum, but when you’re a tall and big man, it’s definitely going to mean a lot. I even had a chance to talk to another customer about the polo boots that he was getting, and he told me the reason why he was trying to get those specific boots. For the None slip thick soul, and then they came in black. Those polo boots cost $165 And they can even be ordered online in store. For the best always come in and talk to a sales associate because they can let you know when a sale is going to come out or how you would be able to get a discount on your next purchase that you never knew you could do. But I will say when it comes to the Sleep section, they had her covered with the house shoes flip-flops robes, and sleepwear. Unfortunately I had a little bit of time to get this done but if I had a 8 to 9 figure bank account I will get an entire new wardrobe from this location alone. Shout out to staff they were great!"

"In store was fine. Second straight time ordering online, then hours later being told product wasn’t in stock. But calling store had it waiting on me after talking to associate. If you’re going to continue that practice, I WILL go elsewhere!"
