"The fat cashier with the lashes has a VeRY NASTY attitude ! My elderly mother asked her where something was asn she didn't make eye contact and had an attitude with her on several occasions!! My mom wouldn't let me say nothing to her because she knew it would be confrontation fromme and my daughter ! If you don't like your job find another 1! She always has an attitude."

"As a former employee. I really loved the store at first, but then of course management, which seems to be the problem with many jobs as I talk with other people. I rate my communication skills a 10 . I greeted the customers, I was 10 mins or less late maybe 3 times . As a cashier my $ was always correct at the end of each shift. I went above and beyond. In the end I was let go. Shell or however you spell her name , let me go because she could . She used her position and title / power to let me go for her own selfish personal reasons! People that don’t care about others should not be in management! You should never be able to use your power to let people go because of your own selfishness! I would not recommend working for dollar tree and if this is the type of management they encourage then I’m not sure I want to spend my $ there either. I don’t think I could have been a better cashier. Don’t think about talking to anyone over management because they stick with the word of management and it’s very sad that this company is operated in this manner. When an employee speaks up they are let go because of selfish entitled people who don’t care about anything or anyone but themselves and showing people they are in control. Im going to try my best not spend any $ at Dollar Tree until I see that they value their employees."

"Great toy and garden options. They carry an awesome bubble gun that I've been looking for for years and finally found. But they have quite a few asides with bins that are a random mess. But their books are the most organized I've seen at any Dollar Tree."
