"This store and workers are great... However, the owner of the store is not so great. He forces his workers to come in when they have COVID. How safe is this to customers or to the elderly people who works there."

"Cashier seemed liked he was having the worst day ever. However when I got home I noticed he overcharged me for one of my items. It’s one thing to be have a bad day but it’s another to ring someone up twice for something. You can’t have poor customer service skills AND poor work ethic."

"Wooooo-Hoooo, is this the greatest Dollar General in this country? I would say, heck yeah! What an incredible amount of chemistry in this location between the employees and the customers. I believe the young lady’s name is Kay, who is the Manager and she is amazing as is her staff. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a great big HELLO & a SMILE, her staff is also very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I just happened to be in the neighborhood & saw this location sitting back off of the road and decided to drop in and they had everything I needed and then some. What a tremendous blessing to know that there are still incredible people working today who know how to take care of customers."

"Great place to grab a few things that you need for the home, garden, or kitchen. Their food selection is actually quite impressive so if you can't make it to the grocery store, this makes a good alternative. The staff is friendly as well and they know where everything is. The only area that needs some improvement is sometimes the aisles are cluttered and the shipments of new product has nowhere to go on the shelves so it gets stored in the way. This has happened on multiple occassions but I end up just walking around. That is not a deal breaker and is common for most convenience stores. Just so happens that the store is kind of crammed as it is. Maybe if they rearrange things, the store will feel less cluttered and easier to shop. They typically have a lot of what you are looking for on the shelves like paper products, art supplies, car cleaning, as well as even some cheap electronics. I am glad this is here in Bartlett and is a great place to shop."
