I've never once felt unwelcome when I've come here, never had the feeling that the cashiers were thinking "Oh, great, just what I need, customers" when I walked in. "I've never had a bad experience at Gordon's butcher shop, but this experience on Sunday February 26th, 2023 was unusual. Now, generally, the cashiers are very nice and very helpful, but the cashier I had on this day was the exact opposite! She had the worst mood ever, and acted like she really did not want to be there! Was complaining about coworkers not showing up for work, and I understand that, that would make anyone tired! The way she was scanning merchandise, throwing in the bag and messing things up. Just very nonchalant, very lazy and if you didn't want to work that day maybe you should have called off like your co-workers did! Now don't get me wrong I gave three stars because of the prices, and the selection. I didn't give five stars because of the cashier, she is the last person I have to interact with when I leave the store. If she's got a bad attitude why would I want to come back? So I can see more of her lovely face? No thanks, if I shop there again, I'll make sure to avoid her line!"
