"If I could simply rate the employee with whom I encountered I would give 1 star. Madelynn, the cashier, did not greet me, say hello, did not thank you, nothing. She rang up my items and stated the amount due with a miserable frown. Customer service is significantly lacking with this employee. I would like to say such poor customer service was new to me; however, even the minimum appreciation for customers with a simple thank you at the end of the shopping experience is basically nonexistent these days. Madelynn needs to be trained for customer service as she doesn't know a thing about it based on her performance today. No customer wants to leave feeling this way but I'm used to it. "Visited this grocery store during a night run and it's nice. They have all the things a regular grocery store has like meat, deli, produce, canned and boxed goods, frozen foods, etc. I like that it hasn't taken the cost plus approach several of the other grocers in the area have taken and the price on the label is the price you pay at the register. They have good weekly specials if you watch out for those and they come out every Wednesday. Good store and I would go back."
