"I highly recommend Larry’s in Paragould as a diner and employer. I believe they’re successful due to the workplace culture and atmosphere cultivated by the management team. As a former employee while I was a college student for about a year, I can confidently confirm the highest level of expectations set forth in a casual, family friendly restaurant. Taste, cleanliness, and service are to be top-notch. I admire Count and RaChelle’s detail-oriented work and organization. They were wonderful to work with and uncommon as many employers fail to provide constructive feedback and training, especially in a restaurant setting for entry-level employees. I enjoy eating here with my family when visiting. It’s consistently delicious and great that they accommodate customers’ requests. Of course, the pizzas are always fresh. The salad bar is great for picky toddlers who won’t eat real food and vegetarians. Also, they previously donated to the shelter. I liked being able to be a part of something bigger for the community. That’s what makes Larry’s truly special."
