"Somehow we have find a worse experience than what is given at the EastTown location. I didn’t think that was possible? Last night at this location, we ordered all white meat 2 piece meals. We got legs and thighs and they were hard, dried carcass meat. My sprite had no sprite - just soda water. Other times they are “out of coke”. Not possible in the middle of a Saturday. Since it came with the meal, we asked for a discount. Following that, the voice on the intercom said, alright we’ll change it….very pathetic."

"I do d an online order to not have to go in and use the drive-through to get my food. I already had it paid for when I come to pick up my order but The lady asked me can I come in so I assumed the food wasn’t prepared yet and she didn’t want me to keep the drive-through line backed up, even though I was the only one in line. When I came in she just said it’s at the pick up….. there was about five people working sitting and standing a young man sweeping. The food was bagged up. All she would’ve had to do was pass it to me, but she made me get out of my car. Luckily, I didn’t have all my kids with me tonight or then I would’ve had to get them out of the car seats, etc. I get that people don’t like their jobs but to just be outright rude and just find a way to go out of your way for no reason to try and make something more difficult is ridiculous. Hopefully the right person will see this review but honestly I know nothing will done to address it."

"Paid $6 for a chicken "strip"(size of a nugget) and a scoop of dry mashed potatoes! No biscuits no slaw JUST those 2 things! Look I know they don't MAKE the prices but I figured it would at least look edible! I KNOW if people would give out what THEY would pick for THEMSELVES that service and food would be SO MUCH BETTER than it is today! Just sad!"

"Service-1 (they came to the counter) Atmosphere - 0 (empty dining room) Food- 1 (after ordering the wings, had to wait on them to pick through them to find some that wasn't frozen) They kept saying it would be 7 minutes and we saw they hadnt even dropped the wings yet. They made another customer wait on a pot pie they hadn't dropped. We spent 29 minutes in total waiting at the counter. Never again! Unless you have extra time to waste, drive on! The wings were not even worth it."
