Sonic Drive-In

"Went to this location before work and waited for about 5 mins before someone answered the drive thru intercom. There was no one in front of me, mind you. They took my order, handed me my food, and I went on to work. I ordered a large pop-corn chicken with a side of ranch. Got to work and noticed that the ranch packets were already open. Put off by this, I threw the order away. Total waste of time and money."

"So all the sonics officially are awful. Just got a shake missing half the shake, the "shake" was stirred once and the add-ons just kind of thrown in, and the app no longer offers half off drinks. So I got a grocery store scoop of iced cream and some chocolate shavings for almost $6. C'mon guys"

"This location must be operating as a front for some big time drug dealer, because there doesn't seem to be one single person that cares about how it is ran. In fact, it's like they don't want anyone to know they're open, because most of the lights are off every time we go or drive by. It's like a fun guessing game--are they open? Will they be out of the item I want to purchase? Will the milkshake machine work, tonight? Who knows. If bare minimum was a fast room restaurant, it would be this Sonic location. We waited so long to order, I left my boyfriend in the truck, walked home and made us a snack, and walked back. They didn't give us a choice on whether we got fries, onion rings, or tots at all--they must have spoke to God about what to give us, because they didn't ask us about it and gave us tater tots. I regret ordering my chicken plain, because they didn't give us any dipping sauce either. Didn't even get ketchup for my dry tots. It was like eating salty air. One thing I will give them, they went above and beyond with our straws. We ordered two drinks and a cup of ice, and they gave us six straws. So, I am set on straws. That part was A1. How is a brand new restaurant already gone this far down the hole? Like, honestly, they're running neck and neck with the Magnolia McDonald's. But at least no one can say they're not consistent, right? So, there's that."

"If Google would allow me to give this location zero stars, I would! EVERY experience I have ever had here was bad (at least 3 visits total over roughly a years time). this last visit, it took FOREVER to move up one space in the drive through and then ZERO greeting for like 3-5 minutes (and I was trying to get some response from them but NOTHING). FINALLY placed order pulled up and was handed 2 half melted, low filled, milk shakes with roughly a quarter (coin) sized / small amount of whipped cream and even less drizzles on top. one had a cherry and the other did not (see attached pic. of one of the pre melted shakes). Found cherry later down in the shake (because it was so melted). When handed shake I said, "what is with the tiny amount of whip cream" worker said "that is how we make them". I said I was at a different sonic yesterday (Schaad Rd. location) and no, that was not how they are made. She says nothing, walks off and comes back with a portion of WCream that I got on a single shake that I had bought yesterday... so enough WCream for 1 shake (and I had 2). From beginning to end a bad food quality and service experience!"
