"The worker was rude. I had ordered my food online said it would be ready at 8:20 it still isn’t ready at 8:45 if she doesn’t like her job then she needs to find her something else to do. This is the second time that she has been working and this happened I ask for her name she wouldn’t give it to me but she is the big heavy set mixed lady I will never order from this location again on western Avenue"
"I had an online order sandwich preparer did not make sandwiches correctly refused to make them right and refused to come from the back of shop. I honestly wanted what I paid for and couldn’t get it and refused to call manager and refused refund. Worst customer service I never had service like this"
"Great store...until there's an issue and then they will completely ignore you and never address the problem. Regional management will give a generic "sorry your last visit didn't meet your expectations" response, a store manager will never contact you, and nobody will answer the store phone. Patronize at your own risk."
"This sandwich is supposed to have double meat & cheese… Didn’t have either as you can see. Was also drenched in Buffalo sauce for some reason? I asked for ranch and got that instead, this was an online order by the way. Worker looked like he was having a bad day, don’t blame him entirely, something like this happens at every Subway location I seem to go here in Knox. Won’t be getting Subway again."
"They messed up my sandwiches pretty badly tonight. Neither sandwiches were toasted or had much topping especially with the veggies on them. Got maybe five peppers on my whole footlong. Very thin and compressed sandwiches. The first sandwich was an Italian BMT but had no ham and the wrong cheese- pepper jack instead of white American. Second sandwich was a Spicy Italian that had added meatballs, marinara, and ranch??? It didn’t have the garlic aioli I ordered on it though. The sandwich I received instead was such a strange concoction. Very weird flavor combo. And both were very disappointing."
