"Every time I go onsite to this location there is always 7-8 people working but only 2 people are actually working. Today I decided to do an online order. I placed the order around 230-3pm & scheduled to pick it up for 5pm. I arrive a little after 5pm & there were 6-7 people working, however my sandwich was not ready for pickup. When the little girl found the ticket she stated it was pushed back. So I stated so basically with this many people working here, my order got forgot about? Here's what I have to say to the owners of this site: There is no way you can justify the fact that my order was forgotten about especially when you have 6-7 people working behind the counter & I placed that order at 230-3 online. There is a reason why there is an option for online ordering, & it's bc so people do not have to wait on their food. With that many people behind the counter, there should be at least one person making sure those online orders are ready for pickup."
