"I had both hopes for a great steakburger experience, but was extremely disappointed. Fries were little hard matchsticks, burger patties were extremely salty (and I'm a salt lover), malt wasn't a malt & was runny when I picked up my order timely. They forgot the fry sauce. Please do better."
"Very happy with experience that we had dining in at this new Freddy's location. The employees were kind, respectful and helpful. The food that we received was hot and fresh and tasted great! And most importantly the restaurant was clean and actively being cleaned while we were dining. Defintiely will be back again for another visit!"

"I was excited to have a new location near me, however last nights experience may keep me away for good. I ordered a burger and ate it while watching a movie. I noticed it was a little colder than I'd expect for fresh food, and so I turned on a light and it was indeed cold for a reason. The inside of the burger was pink and not cooked fully at all. I would wait longer if it means I get served fully cooked, and not dangerous food fyi."
