"Waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes before making it to the ordering board. Was asked to "hold just a second" before ordering. Heard the employee on the headset say, "I can't wait no more, i gotta pee.". Then nothing. silence. 10 minutes passed and nothing. Had a carful of hungry people, we gave up and left."

"The last few times I’ve stopped by the drive thru at this location, it’s taken me 20+ mins to get my food. That’s not an exaggeration & I didn’t even start timing it til I realized it was taking a really really long time. Today, I saw 2 cars ahead of/behind me leave the drive thru line, I assume because they were tired of waiting. Understaffed maybe?"

"We ordered 3 large seasoned potatoes one morning and received 3 large orders of potatoes that were lukewarm at best. We went inside to complain about our order, and Mr. Reggie (Manager) came out and turned our complaint into a pleasant experience. He was kind, apologetic and very respectful with how he spoke to the employees and my wife and I as customers. Today they made our potatoes hot to order. We are very reasonable people. In other words, we do not expect our potatoes hot to order each time. We just prefer that they are closer to warm and hot rather than cold to warm. Please commend the restaurant manager, Mr. Reggie for his very professional handling of this one of many visits to Wendy's Restaurant. Please have a terrific day! Thank you, Earl & Carla"

"Hours listed on website, google maps, and on the door itself suggest that the dining area is supposed to be open until 10pm, it was closed, locked, and dark at 8pm. Alright, onto the drive-thru. While in line, half the cars left, and I should have as well. The drive through was still technically open, but they took over 30 minutes to take my order and only gave me less than half of what I paid for. They were totally uncommunicative and appeared entirely disinterested in doing any work, and would not answer the phone after I attempted to see if I had missed a bag. I hope they shut this location down, honestly, as I have yet to ever see a positive experience from it after multiple visits."

"I would pay my life savings to close the Wendy’s on Chapman Hwy. The workers are incredibly rude and not only did they get my order wrong once, but twice. I ordered ahead online and they left an entire $8 burger out of the bag. I drove all the way back to the Wendy’s to get my order corrected just to be served this POS burger. As you can see from the receipt, we ordered a baconator with tomato, onion, lettuce, ketchup and even PAID EXTRA for beer cheese and we got plain meat and cheese for $8. Wendy’s will never get my service again."
