"The employees are very friendly and have excellent customer service. The restaurant from what I have seen has been clean. The biscuits and food have been fresh and taste amazing. I gave a 3/5 star rating only because of the wait times for a fast food restaurant. there seems to be a staffing issue or possibly a scheduling opportunity. I sure hope this improves for the employees and customers at this location. Thank you."

"The food has always been fresh and hot when we go here. The only thing is done workers aren't all that nice but maybe they just have bad days sometimes. Either way the food has been very good."

"They gave me a damaged, leaking cup that when I went to pull it out of my cup holder, it literally tore off the bottom and spilled sweet tea all over my brand new truck. And then when I went to eat my biscuit and gravy there was no silverware. Great food, but very questionable service/management."

"I have been through the drive thru multiple times since they've opened the Broadway location in Halls and my family meal order $42 is ALWAYS messed up. I was pulled over 15 minutes to wait on chicken which was fine if the breasts were in the box. The only part of my order I didn't double check was the actual chicken. In the past I've been shorted on biscuits, and even mashed potatoes and gravy sides, but opening up a box of wings was the last straw. If my family wants a chicken dinner I'll go elsewhere or make it myself because it's not worth my time or money to stop at this location."

"Placed an order at the window, they said it would be 5 minutes for the steak biscuits, pulled up and parked just passed the drivein window as they asked me to. Waited about fifteen minutes and went in to see what was going on. I told the lady at the counter I had been waiting 15 minutes when they said it would be 5 minutes, she turned and walked away without saying a word to me, looked at a receipt and went to the back. Several minutes later, the manager came out and looked at me and walked back without saying a word. The cashier came back to wait on another customer and I asked what was taking so long and she said that she did not know. Then the manager came back out with my food and I asked her what took so long twice. The second time I asked, she said they forgot about you. No I am sorry, no offer for something free, she just turned around and walked off. They did not even give me a receipt so I could call corporate on them and do an online survey. This just happened about an hour ago. This is absolutely the worst customer service or lack of customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!!"
