Subway

"Ordered food through the subway app for pick up. I show up and the employee working said their internet is out so they couldn't make my online order and I would have to come back for a refund. Called into the main office number to get a refund since you can't cancel an app order. A month later and I still have yet to receive my money back."

"Very disappointed. 1. Internet doesn’t work so you can’t use the subway app. 2. Staff rolled their eyes and gave an attitude towards us when they messed up the order blaming us for the mistake. Just overall disappointed with this visit. You all need to get a new internet provider because this has been going on for months now."

"Placed an for pickup and they gave me the wrong order. I totally should have checked, but didn’t. I called to let them know about the mistake on my way to go have the order corrected - no answer. When I got there they apologized and said they got busy. They had my order behind the counter and offered to make it fresh if I wanted. I said it was okay and took the order home to find they served me a half eaten sandwich. They served me food someone else drove off with and ate. Pretty sure this is a code violation. They denied serving me something someone else ate, but look at the picture! Can you see the bite marks? They scrambled to make me a new order, but I was not interested. I asked for a refund, but they told me they needed a manager to approve it and they needed to have them call me the following day. No phone call. I called the restaurant to check, but AGAIN no answer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway."
