"My chicken sandwich was very good and my Son liked his choice. Had to wait 18 minutes for our order because they take door dash and other take out orders first! NO one wants to work so they were short staffed."

"This is hands down the Best Bojangles in the greater Knoxville area! 3817 North Broadway. I drive right past another one near where I live to stop at this location. Service is excellent and they are always friendly."

"The general manager, Thelma is amazing. She is always working hard despite not having a many crew members. The food is always delicious. You would think the owner of the franchise wouldn’t work their dedicated employees into the ground and provide assistance. Despite a small crew, it’s a great restaurant."

"Either these people don't know how to read or I read my receipt wrong because I ordered online and I've worked fast food like many, so I feel like it's straight forward they completely ruined the whole ordered and gave me my order with nothing I actually ordered In it. If It costed 20 dollars I feel like I should be getting good food but nope the people that work at this location need training and need to learn how to read an order ticket."

"I had the 1 breast&wing dinner.. The chicken was tasteless so I had to go back and ask for a BBQ sauce which they charged me .27¢. The girl who took my order told me it was not included in the meal. My fries lacked taste (I could taste something but it was weak). My husband's fries on the other hand were way too salty though (new batch). My bisquit was dry and not buttery (salty though). My husband's bisquit was very salty though. The coleslaw was VERY creamy and tasteless . The sweet tea was good. But when I went to get it there were dozens of little flies around the teas. I hope I won't be sick when I get home!? Has Bojangles diminished in their quality of food and service? The menu board was incomplete (was missing half it's menu). Most of the staff walked around looking at my husband as if he had no head. He gave his order to a female (she went in the back and just stared at him) and was served by a male. It was not his job as he was the cook. Last time are coming here. Seriously, I could not finish my meal."
