"This restaurant is ran by animals. How incompetent can one be? They can’t read the orders properly, the food quality is horrible, the biscuits are either hard or raw, and how is the chicken already dried out by noon? Don’t even waste your money here. I always order through Uber Eats because 70% of the time it’s gonna be horrible, and UE will give you a full refund!! Look at the photos. That cheese is suppose to be mac & cheese smh…."

"Went in store to order and only 3 employees at 6:15pm on 03/07/24. This is dinner rush for most places and even fast food! We waited 15min just to order and even longer for food. Overall, almost an hour in, this is beyond bad quality of service. As a general rule, if the service is bad, the product will be bad. I’m still waiting for two simple orders (CHICKEN) and it’s now 45min in."

"Absolutely horrible! The employees are incredibly rude and spend their time mocking, lying to & laughing at their customers. Management is non existant. If they even bother to fill your order the accuracy and quality are iffy at best. This location needs to be closed down. It doesn't even rate 1 star."

"This location is garbage. The employees don’t care and refuse to serve food. I placed an online order and went through the drive thru to get it. When I pulled up to the speaker nobody answered and I had to ask if anyone was there for a response. They greeted me by saying “We only serve crispy chicken!” I responded by telling her my order and she proceeded to tell me there was ZERO food. After some confusion, I drove to the window and the employee wasn’t helpful whatsoever. She opened up with a dismissive and pretentious attitude and said there was no food because of closing up. This would be a fine excuse if it wasn’t 90 minutes before closing. I don’t see how a restaurant that serves no food is open… at that point just close cause you are providing literally nothing. It’s not the only time this has happened and it’s actually consistent for this location to mess up and make you feel like the idiot for leaving without food."

"I have been in so many, and this has been not nice. 20 minutes to get my order, and it looked like they trough the chicken in the plate without draining the oil"
