"I really don't like drive through so we went inside, there was only 1 other person there waiting for his food. I placed my order then sat down and waited,waited and waited. The drive through customers were getting their orders but not us. I went to the counter so the servers could see me and still no one said anything. I did not see any reason for the delay. By now there were a few more customers inside and placed their orders. Finally after 14 minutes my food came out with all the others. Very disappointed in the service and the food."

"Not good. Not the burgers I remember from my youth. Maybe I'm nostalgic and remember them better when I had less of a frame of reference for good food, or they have changed it up. The meat wasn't really meat - more like a steakem from school cafes... it just was not good. The store was OK - not too dirty but not too clean and staff were nice enough. Just not good food, at all."

"A mediocre fast food chain in a sea of fast food chains. I have heard about Krystal for years. I am from the northern half of the US but travel to the south several times a year for work or vacation, so I did know ABOUT Krystal. I've been told it's basically White Castle for the South. I don't care for White Castle, and Krystal isnt any better. The staff at this location were very friendly and the food came out super fast. So this is not a dig at this location at all. Just the brand. I had a burger and a chicken slider. The burger was the blandest burger I've ever had. The ONLY flavor it had was the mustard. Nothing else tasted like anything. The chicken sandwich was meh. Not bad per say but after the chicken sandwich wars of 2018 you need to bring something to the table to stand out and this one did not. I'm glad I finally got to try Krystal so I can check it off the list. But just like White Castle in the north I can't recommend them to anyone and the best part is I don't have to eat it again."

"I miss eating at Krystal so much because it is yummy but I have had multiple experiences eating at Krystal in the past where I found hair in my food that made me stop going for a very long time. Today, I tried to give the chain another chance and found plastic in my food from this restaurant. The frozen Coca Cola also tastes like plastic (I noted that before I found the plastic in the chili cheese fries). This is just so disappointing. I want to be able to eat food from Krystal (it’s tasty and nostalgic) but I have had too many bad experiences with finding things that shouldn’t be in my food from there."

"By far the worst experience ever. I asked for fresh food and this is what I got. I have a pork allergy and they just kept saying they made it fresh. On top of that my tots was burnt and extra greasy. When I took the food back in the older lady had an attitude. This was the worst customer service I have ever had."
