"Surprisingly good! When I saw it was a chain, I had my doubts, but everything was delicious! To be honest, they had me at "hand-cut fries" (which were excellent), but everything was great. Tender ribs, tasty brisket, good mac and cheese. All the bbq sauces (original, spicy, sweet) are really good. And a free ice cream cone! Great value, and very satisfying. Way better than the ribs we had at some "iconic" place in Memphis, and a lot more reasonable. Would definitely recommend."

"I ordered through uber eats. Ribs was so hard as if they was left out to dry for a week. Worse BBQ I have ever eaten in my life. Even if the food was free I still wouldn't eat it. First time and last time."

"Got the family pack. Very disappointing. Their quality has really taken a nose dive. No jalapeno beans, BBQ beans look and taste like canned Bush beans, brisket cut wrong and over cooked, slices of bread instead of yeast rolls, the "Texas BBQ sauce" is just Buffalo sauce. If I wanted Buddy's level of BBQ quality I'd order from Buddy's and save myself $30."

"I went to Dickey’s a few years back and although it was good, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. I went back this week and got the brisket sandwich and it was really really good. So good I went back and ordered it again the next day. Very friendly staff at the Hardin Valley location. On my second trip I also got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Fries are fresh and hot and the sweet tea is good also."
