"Employees standing around in parking lot at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night. Waited in drive-thru for 10 minutes on my lunch break. No one would take my order. person at speaker kept saying I would have to wait to place my order. Drove off. Thanks for wasting my lunch break"

"Can't submit a survey this restaurant not listed. Ordered a Ghost Pepper sandwich and that is not what I got. Paid for Ghost Pepper but got a different sandwich. Staff was friendly. Liked the drink selection. Restaurant appeared clean."

"They do not need this one star. But I made my order they said the price had changed. But that is not what I was looking at. The price was 6 dollars. So I said, "Since the price was still the old price, could I get it for the 6 dollars. We went back and forth. So. I felt like cause they were giving me a hard time and trying to play me like I was stupid or something. I didn't want to eat there, and nor would I ever go there again. And I would say don't go there and eat go somewhere else to eat. I still have the picture of the old price on my phone that I took to show that it was 6 dollars and not 7 dollars. Save yourself the trouble. The hell with them. Everyone have a blessed and wonderful day."

"It's a fast food restaurant and it's Wendy's. With that said, this one was very acceptable. Place was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We had a large order that was right the first time with special love given with the bag of condiments and napkins. We appreciated that as we ate and drove down the road. Fries were hot and fresh."

"Used to at least enjoy this Wendy's, but since they started having labor issues it's intolerable. I was in line for 20+ minutes and one car had moved forward. If it's that hard to get enough staff for a reasonably positive customer experience, just close. "Fast" food should not take as long as a sit down restaurant. When I FINALLY got to the order box I couldn't get a response at all. For 5 minutes I tried to ask for someone to say something or just acknowledge that they were going to take my order. I eventually pulled up to the window on the edge of tears because it shouldn't be this hard to order sub-par food after a long day. Last time I'll be visiting this location period."
