"Wouldn’t even give a single star if I’m allowed. Placed an order for my wife to be picked up by 1:25PM on 2/16/2024 which is today. When she went to pick it up the lady working there was busy prepping and chitchatting with other customers. When asked about the order she told she hasn’t even started it yet. Was asked to change the gloves and she started behaving rudely just badmouthing was left to be faced by my wife. After getting the order somehow done at 1:45, she asked the worker her name and she was like “never mind about it.” I after getting the first bite out of the sub, turned out the one making it took it all out on the salt & pepper going into the sandwich which my pregnant wife had to eat to the limit she could. If this the way of management/ownership, I guess it’s at the mercy of the first time customers of that Walmart or the restaurant itself. No one would come back if they face something like this ever again."
"This subway is in a gas station. The owner never cleans or maintenances his fountain drink station so if you pay for a drink youre at the mercy of whatever is available. He didnt have ice in the machine so he hand scooped it from the giant machine in the back without washing his hands before or after. This hinders my wanting to visit the subway. The service at that subway is good and the food is good it's just in the questionable gas station."
"Dirty tables, the only staff member was chatting with a friend for several minutes after we showed up, trying to do 5 seperate customers orders at the same time and couldnt remember a single thing. Then complained about me pressing "no tip"."
"Worse experience I’ve had in a subway. The lady did not want to help and was very rude. She made a pitiful ham and cheese sandwich! Not a good experience at all."
