"Very disorganized workers. Our order took 15 mins to be given to us; I asked about it after 10 mins of waiting and seeing others that came in after us get their food. No apology, no speaking to me..very unprofessional. I have experienced this type of behavior before at the same location. Everyone is just there for a paycheck and no longer care about customer service."

"I just tried to get into the restaurant and the door was locked. I called to see if they were open and she rudely told me that they were. I tried a different door and it was unlocked. And when I told her the other door was locked, she argued with me and told me it wasn’t. and then conceded to tell me it was just frozen and it didn’t matter because nobody used it anyway. The girl behind the counter didn’t say a word. Her head down the whole time. I don’t understand, if people don’t want to work in Customer Service, they should find new jobs. And McDonald’s should raise the bar and not allow such pathetic customer service to exist is their restaurants."

"Place is always dirty and they had what looked like a five gallon of coke spilled on the floor and all they did was place a wet floor sign over it and o was there for 45 minutes and no one came out to clean it up and the kids play place looked like kids had smeared boogers and spit all over it couldn't even hardly see through it this place never gets your orders right they are very unfriendly , have no customer service experience obviously. This place definitely needs someone to come in and clean the place up and train their employees better or something"

"Never once have I received a correct order from this store. What are they doing with all this extra money their making from jacking up prices? Absolutely done with this place, I can get a sit down meal for what it costs now. Oh, and it’ll be the correct order."

"Absolutely filthy restaurant. The digital menu that shows pickup numbers was COVERED in fly poop with 6 flies buzzing around it landing on it. (took photo for proof. Zoom in) How the health department let's the stay open is beyond me. If I were the owner of the establishment I would be ashamed! As well as the GM!"
