"Took nearly 15 minutes to get our food Food was not at correct temperature - chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best. Nuggets lukewarm warm also! The lemonade tasted a bit off. Like it was 'old'."

"The worst experience we have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Our food was wonderful…. The service was NOT. When we got to the pickup area there were three employees talking to each other through the window. Two males outside and a female inside facing us. The female was talking about how disgusting customers are and that she hates their fingernails. She hates when they reach for stuff she is trying to hand them and she has to see their fingernails. She made several loud GAGGING noises while she pretended to throw up and said they are DISGUSTING over and over. We rolled our window up until one of the males brought our drinks to try to block her out. When we rolled our window down she was mocking a customer who asked her to change their name. “What the frick do you mean you want me to change your name?!” I tried to look through the window for a manager, but right inside there was an employee putting fries on top of his hat, squatting down, and letting other employees try to knock them off. It was chaotic and incredibly unprofessional."

"The entire experience was phenomenal at this Chick-fil-A location. Food, service, and environment were all exceptional! It's not too far from the interstate so it's perfect for any travelers to stop and get a quick bite to eat. Oh, and I must mention how fast we received our food and it was all fresh!"

"Does Chick-fil-A is doing a fantastic job. It is clean the staff are courteous and professional and definitely go the extra mile. Our food was perfect and fast. I could not ask for a better experience. Possibly most importantly but if not definitely at the top, their playplace is open and that is sadly becoming rare for Chick-fil-A's at least in our area. Thank you to the owner for keeping this for our families!"
