Sonic Drive-In

"Its 6 pm on a Friday and I just stopped at this Sonic and I'm in total disbelief of how rude the woman is that's taking orders! She rang up my order wrong and even added an extra combo meal that I definitely didn't order. I politely let her know that it was incorrect and for some unknown reason she refused to fix it..so I'm stuck with some extra food that I have to pay for because she didn't feel like deleting it. I know I should just drive off but after working all day I am just way too tired to deal with it..however, it's not okay to treat someone like that, especially a paying customer."

"Got the Double Cheeseburger and Chicken Sandwich. Not sure if they changed the recipe to include almost a whole block of cold cheese on my burger. It's actual hysterical only really upset they did not add the jalapenos I requested. Waited 10 minutes for cold fold everything cold to touch including tots. Waste of money wouldn't recommend going past 8pm."

"1st time using their app, not a fan...maybe next time. Everything was exactly as expected. 1 foot long with mustard and onions - I'm not sure there is a better one around. And, where else do you get an on point cherry limeade!! Servers are always prompt, professional and friendly."

"I really try to give multiple changes before writing a bad review but this one was earned. Over 39 minutes spent at the drive up and order spot. Took 20 mins to tell us that they were out of the food we ordered and only brought out one drink. Was told she was going to put more strawberries in one of the drinks and never brought it back out. Had another worker come up to us again to tell us they were out of the food (again) and asked what we wanted to do. After understandably becoming frustrated we had to ask for a refund. Will not be returning."
