"This was the worst food I ever had. I got the big Zack snack meal. The chicken tenders were stale. They tasted like they were reheated. The fries were OK but the Texas toast was burnt on one side and raw on the other. They also didn’t include the Zaxby’s sauce they put ranch in my bag. So I had dry stale, chicken tenders. no stars, two stars cause customer service was OK when I ordered."
"Hands down theee worst zaxbys I've ever been to, never had a problem with zaxbys EVER. Got a number 1 and not only was everything old and burnt, but they gave me 3 pieces of chicken fingers that is the size of one combined at my local zaxbys. Only came to this one because I was in the area but save your money and health for chic FIL a or something else . This is just disgusting"

"My first time ordering a grilled salad It was not eatable. The chicken was too burnt. The bread was just thrown on top. I know they can do better. I guess this time they was just ready to go home or something.The chicken was way to grilled and there was hardly any lettuce. Just disappointed."
"The order was accurate but everything was over cooked. The wings had very little sauce to where you could barely tell what sauce the wings were. Fires were almost as brown as me. And the fried white cheddar bites are dark as chicken nuggets. Do better zaxbys and change out your grease."
