Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is the most exquisite, divine, delicious chipotle I have ever experienced. I drive 1 hour out of my way to visit this beautiful establishment. I am not sure why there are so many haters. I hear it's lonely at the top. The staff is very warm, elegant, and inviting. The guacamole is greener than freshly cut grass on a summer evening. The atmosphere and energy was nothing but pure. Inside the building was cleaner than a surgical suite. I will visit here once daily to realign my soul. Thank you."

"I gave a 1 star because I was required to just to review this place. Long story short, do not bother! They are the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I was left searching for the chicken beans and veggies I ordered not to mention my chips they left out. I will say they were very generous with the cheese…"

"I placed an order through the app for pickup, but upon my arrival, my food was not prepared, which happened 15 minutes later than the promised time on the Chipotle app. The staff exhibited extreme unprofessionalism, ignoring my greetings and providing no response. After finally locating someone to inquire about my order, I was informed to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I approached the drive-through, a Mexican lady instructed me to drive around due to their busy schedule, showing no recognition of me as a customer. Eventually, when I received my order, it lacked proper service, and upon opening my quesadilla, I discovered it was completely burnt, rendering it inedible. I had to discard it. Save your time and energy; consider going elsewhere."

"Multiple times I’ve ordered delivery from this store. I’ve tried to call and speak with someone but apparently they’re unable to answer the phone, so I’m left with leaving a review. Twice now I’ve ordered a side of guac and chips, both guacs were half full. I had an order of chips serve in a bowl that was mostly crumbs and black/brown burnt pieces and this time I’m missing my chips completely! I also ask for extra lettuce and I think I got 4 shreds of lettuce. The quality and accuracy of an online order isn’t hard to miss- it’s written right there."

"We ordered delivery. We thought the promotion said a side of guacamole for using the app. I intended to add it to my measly looking burrito bowl, granted, no rice and no beans, but it came on the tacos. Fortunately, I had an avocado of my own to use. Measly burrito bowl. Next time, actually add lettuce, please, and the fajita veggies that I ordered weren't present. It tasted fine, presented awfully, and definitely wasn't what we ordered and paid for. I ate at another location yesterday, and my order was correct because I was standing there asking for it, but the ingredients were carelessly thrown together with zero mind paid to portion ratios. My bowl was basically swimming in sour cream. NFG. What's up with Chipotle? Hadn't been to one in quite some time, and boy have the good times faded. We do accept responsibility for not having read reviews on the location we ordered from as they're pretty consistently sh*t here. Lesson learned, but really, it should be a consistent experience. Shouldn't it? Human error."
