"There’s only ONE young lady at this location that makes the BEST SMOOTHIES! Everybody else either make the smoothie too sweet, too loose (no ice all liquid), nasty, not add all of the ingredients, etc. She is the best! I do not know her name, but she’s usually there in the early morning hours and she is FANTASTIC and CONSISTENT! I’m not sure what the other people be doing to the smoothies but they taste horrible when they make them. They need additional training or something because the ingredients are clearly listed on the paper they use to make it! Stop putting your own twist on things and make the smoothie exactly how it’s suppose to be made. Not all of us are there for extra sugar, we stop by for protein for our health!"

"They publish closed at 8:30, but the employees lock the door before 8:00 and park a car in the drive-thru."

"Customer friendliness here is just okay here. Most of them look very frustrated in life or with their job. And sadly they take it out on the smoothies they make !! The morning staff (9am to 3pm) however is good and the smoothies they make tastes good. While they may not be friendly, they don’t appear to be rude either. But the evening staff makes absolutely worthless smoothies leaving you extremely disappointed and angry, especially when they costs so much !! To be fair with the review, it would be 3.5 stars if am getting smoothies from here in the morning, but 0 stars if am getting them in the evening. So please stay away from this location anytime after 3.30pm."

"There is absolutely no way this place has a legit 4.5 star average. The people who work here always act as if you are an inconvenience. They never ring up a smoothie right or with the same price as the last time. Not sure if the training is just bad or if they just don’t care. Sometimes you can sub items other times you can’t, is there any consistency? Nope never ever! If someone opened up a smoothie place in the area that had even decent smoothies and decent customer service, this place would go out of business in a heartbeat. I will continue to post bad reviews of this place when I go because it’s the only smoothie place within 5 miles of my house."
