"I’m a visitor from Cleveland, OH. Looked for place to get açaí bowl and Smoothie King was the closest. I waited to be served until another employee told a young woman (maybe new employee) to take my order which she did promptly. My order was placed at 12:11p, after waiting and waiting, I asked about my order. It hadn’t been made! An employee finally made my açaí bowl, which I received at 12:23p! No apologies at all. The employee who made the bowl said he’d just arrived. The cost of the bowl before taxes was $11.79 which is double what I would pay for an açaí bowl at home. The açaí was also gritty as you reach the bottom, which wasn’t great. I would not visit this place again."

"I ordered the PB delight and everything was alright except the açaí. It doesn’t taste fresh and I know because this isn’t my first time ordering it. I’m not sure if it was left out overnight or what but it’s disgusting. Please make sure you all aren’t serving customers spoilEd food. I’m upset I really wanted to enjoy it."

"Its usually very good and im not someone who complains about small things, however the last couple of times it hasnt been. I always get a chocolate peanut power plus with extra protein double blended, somehow my smoothie has been very chunky and the taste has been very inconsistent. I can barely drink it through the straw because its so thick. I attached pictures of the big chunks of ice. Im over smoothie king!"
