"the lobby closed early so once i got inside they told me i had to wait in the long drive thru, even though there were 2 signs that said come inside for mobile orders until 11pm, and by the time i got my food it was cold, and they stapled the bag shut about ten times. when i finally got it shredded open, my cinnamon twists were just twists, no cinnamon. my tacos were cold. overall disgusting and disappointing. my hometown tacobell would never."

"I was handed a tray with my crunchy tacos on it. The tray had pools of water. Luckily for me the tacos were crunchy so they were just ruined."

"So my boyfriend and I went there on the 30th to get food and go to the park and eat. When we got to the park to eat half our order was not in the bag and the Mexican pizza was inedible. We went back and was questioned by the employees that we were lying which we were not and told us we could only get a few things back the rest we would have to deal with. We asked for our money back and was met with one of the rudest managers I've ever dealt with. Poor customer service. After 3 days my money was finally reimbursed but I will never go there again. I've been here in Jonesboro around a year and have never had this kind of poor experience. The first time ever I've asked for a refund too. I recommend not to eat here horrible horrible place."

"Food was Terrible, it was smashed half unwrapped and they gave us extra burritos, but not all of our chalupa's and tacos, and they also did not give us our cinnamon twists.. this is the second time. I've been there and I told myself I'd never go again due to the terrible service and food the first time. But Taco Bell is one of my loves and I was thinking Maybe it was a one time thing, but it wasn't. I think it's the standard for this establishment."
