"Check your order before pulling off! While driving through Jonesboro, I stopped at the Panera Bread location for a drive through order. I ordered the Chicken and Pepperoni Melt. When I opened the order (later on), I didn't have any chicken on the sandwich...only pepperoni and cheese. The sandwich was mostly bread and very unappetizing. I can provide a picture of the sandwich if needed. Since I had already left Jonesboro, I wasn't able to return to the location. I tried calling but no one answered so that was money wasted."
"I love Panera, especially because they've added the Sip Club. The atmosphere is great, however; it is warm inside if you plan to dine-in. The drive-thru is fast and they even have express check out. I love how friendly the staff is. I've only ran into one slightly rude worker who insisted we stop at the speaker even though we ordered through the app. No one else has complained about us going straight to the window. I wish I had got her name I just know she has a very short black hair, other than that, I love Panera and their customer service. I go before work so that I can have energy throughout the day, and I go after work when me and my boyfriend needs to get homework or computer work done. Fast service and if you're in a rush, you can count on them! 10/10 experience every time to be honest."
"Husband went through the drive through to pick up my lunch today (3/29/23) ordered a pick 2 with upsize to a bowl of French onion soup. Also asked for 1/2 sandwich got a whole one Got a cup of soup instead. When I called the manager was hung up on initially then when I called back was told he ordered the pick 2 and it doesn't come with a bowl and you can get it with a bowl. I told him I order it all the time with a bowl and he then said it would be an upcharge (which I'm aware of since I get it all the time) and we have to request it. I again told him that we did. Was also told the sandwich I ordered wasn't available in a half size, which I'm ok with, if they would have told us, but I'll just say, I would not pay $17 for this sandwich with 12 pepperoni and cheese and a cup of soup ever again and the management was very rude."
"This is one of the better fast casual chains, in my opinion. They have nice selections for all meals or snacks. If you have sensitivities or allergies they take great care in not cross contaminating your food. The pastries, sandwiches, and soups are all good. They even have some pre-boxed pastries available for purchase in the store. They offer a drive-thru, curbside, and in-store pickup. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite to eat. Edit: This place can get expensive for a fast, casual restaurant. I ordered a pick 2 lunch combo with a chicken sandwich, soup, and a drink and it was nearly $20."
"TL;DR I'm not a fan of the food at Panera, but it was made quick and the service was impressively friendly and professional. I had the Roasted Turkey BLT. Wasn't bad but not to my taste. Turkey was perfectly moist, tomato was ripe: an overall high quality sandwich. My wife had the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. I liked it even better than my sandwich and I recommend it. I'm disappointed in the lack of a Reuben or potato soup on the menu, but what they had was good. The service was amazing. It took us a minute to decide what to get and I felt like they were aware and not rushing us. When we were ready, they jumped up to the register to take the order. On top of that, they seemed to take basic sanitation pretty seriously with someone checking the fountain drink station during our visit. It seems almost rare to see soda fountains cleaned"
