"The food is great, I mean who doesn't love that chicken from Popeyes? The employees are never rude, and always are accommodating when I ask for mayo. The atmosphere is basic truck stop atmosphere but that's not Popeyes fault. Never an issue with bad food either."

"Let's start with it's in a very clean TA truck stop. Can't expect the greatest dining experience. If you're from LA passing through Knoxville, don't stop if you want spicy chicken. The pieces were a good size and cooked just right. And it was very pricey."

"I dont like to give bad reviews... but here is one. Love Popeye's.... The lady that took my order was super friendly. The manager on duty, Avery, different story. Rude and hateful. I understand people have bad days, but when I'm nice, I expect the same in return. He gave the wrong sauces and when questioned, he was quick to say he would have to charge for any more sauces. He wouldn't exchange them and he walked away. The fries were cold and old... and when asked for fresh ones... you would have thought I asked for combination to the safe. He almost dropped the fry spatula from hitting the fry tray and almost threw the bag over the counter at me. If I ever wanted to throat punch someone... it would be him. Very unlikely that I will ever eat at this Popeyes again. $26.00 may not mean much to him, but that expensive to be treated that way."

"I had the best and biggest chicken sandwich I've ever had. And I eat them often. It was hot, crispy, and flavourful. And fast! I think they were pulling my order as I placed it. Got an 8 piece all dark meat meal with red beans and rice to take home and it was also hot crispy and delicious. I think I was in the store for all of five minutes. And the young man at the counter (Christian) was friendly, repeated my order and helped me with the card machine."
