"The items they sell are amazing! Unfortunately the service was horrible. I went last week to the new location. The service was horrible. After about 5 minutes of standing there they finally walked up and took my order. The girls were too busy chit chatting. I had ordered my item and as I was about to order for my daughter the lady interrupted me and asked me to stop ordering until she was done making my order and then i could proceed to continue ordering. Then she gave me my order with no spoon and there were no napkins in site I had to leap over a counter to get napkins because they were busy chit chatting and the other lady was busy eating. I love it here but they might want to consider hiring new people."

"Horrible service. Was super excited to try.... walked in the store.... the women spoke to the lady in front of me and another woman of the same ethnicity that came on 5 min after I did. They not would not greet me nor ask what I wanted. A younger lady finally greeted me when she saw how disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received. I left without getting anything. No way to treat people. You don't know what people are going through. If you didn't want to serve everyone then you shouldn't have a business."

"I went to the new location..it was closed on a weekday around noon. Stop the weak excuses, you're loosing revenue and existing clients due to laziness and accountability. Looks like the place is running out of business always closed and super slow"

"Love this place. Waaaaaaay better than la michuacana. Does have less ice cream flavors but they do have better other snacks and also prep them better"

"The workers there are very friendly and patient as it is a Spanish store. There was a patron there that helped my husband and I with our order, as he spoke fluent English and Spanish. They have fresh fruits from the southern equator to include coconuts! We have been looking for fresh cut coconut for years since we had it on a vacation in HI. We have found it! So good and coconut water is on their menu as well!"
