"I initially received cold fries and came back to the drivethru and they gave me some warm fries and I ask again for them to drop some fresh fries and told them I would wait. The guy at the window was incredible respectful and kind. He did exactly what I needed from him and didn't give me any attitude or make me feel bad for asking them to remake them. His name was Shafone and I hope he gets some credit for his wonderful customer service."

"Consistently the worst around. Depending on who you get service is either sub par or downright bad. With the exception of the older asian gentleman usually on nights. He is very friendly and seems to try his best. Fries are limp the majority of the time, ice cream machine never works, etc. Building is frequented by druggies. Definitely not the best experience here. Just go down to the one on middlebrook."

"Placed an order was made incorrectly the first time and I didn’t receive a receipt so I immediately called when I got home and realized my incorrect order and was told that my name would be put down in a book so I could come back and get it replaced. Came back the next day on my way home from work and had it replaced despite the lack of receipt. AND THE ORDER WAS MADE WRONG AGAIN! The same exact way it was wrong the day before so I immediately go back through and now the manager won’t replace it because I technically wasn’t in the book so the fact she even gave me my first replacement was out of the kindness of her heart. Even the employee who handed me my bag said he remembered me from the day before because I literally came around the same time. Poor communication, organizational, and listening skills. I would’ve even gladly given back the burger they made incorrectly if it meant getting my correct order. She acted as if I was trying to continuously get free food. If I was a regular customer at this location and I did this all the time I would understand why she had the nerve. But I’m highly disappointed with my experiences here and won’t be coming back again."

"I no times are tough fie us working class people. But you know McDonald's isn't suffering. I ordered 5 mcchiken add bacon but to my surprise the cheapest item they can put on a sandwich is lettuce. What's up McDonald's took pics of all 5 sandwiches and the lettuce won't even add up to 1/4 cup. For God's sake people a break..."
