"I almost feel like I should give 5 stars for how incredible it is that they gave me two wrong drinks after I corrected them once at the speaker and three times at the window. I went through the drive thru in the afternoon, there were two vehicles ahead of me. The vehicle immediately ahead pulled off and left due to the wait time. When I finally got to the window, I let the employee know that the other car had left. She proceeded to tell me my total was $26 for two iced coffees. I explained my order to her and she said, okay $17 and tried to hand me a box of munchkins, which I hadn’t ordered. Insisting, I told her again I had two iced coffees, one with almond milk. Then she said okay, $9 (still more than what was rung up at the time I ordered). She handed me two iced lattes and I explained once more, I had two iced coffees, to which she shrugged and closed the window."

"Man who worked in the morning of Feb 23rd; stopped by after 5 am i work early and needed a pick me up, ordered two drinks, they mess it up no big deal, tell them the right way, they brought it back with pumpkin, no worries i get it sometimes it's hard to hear, but then he comes back around and says "you ordered pumpkin." and i gave him the wrong drinks back i didn't want the extras but it was just a shame he was irritated like that when the conversation on my end was amicable. if ur not a morning person maybe u shouldn't work in the morning."

"I went in to get a coffee. The staff was more worried about talking and cutting up, then taking orders and doing their job. When I finally did get my coffee, it was good so nothing against the food at all just the service."

"Can someone PLEASE tell the girl that wears the black sweater (that has Eden something on it) to please wash her clothes she is ALWAYS COVERED IN HAIR it is so nasty!! She wears the same thing everyday. Do you not look in the mirror? It’s so gross I threw my food away because it made me sick! Everyone else is great!"
