"Wow. Worst experience today. Ever. I ended up leaving before my order got to me. I asked for 4 ice cream dishes and asked the lady taking my order how much toppings were. She said, I don't know it depends on the topping. So I said, okay well how about the Oreo topping. So she added the Oreo topping to all of the dishes of ice cream and told me the total. I said, I just wanted to know how much the topping is please. I only need it on one. So she rang it up and told me it was 60c. Okay fine. Too much per topping so I said, hold on one minute please. So I went to tell the kids they wouldn't be getting a topping and the lady ends up sighing and quitting my order. So I had to click the red button again and order the 4 ice creams. Then I proceeded to order my item as well. Instead of telling me the total or saying thank you, she just ended the order without saying anything to me. The whole taking my order was filled with so much attitude. I couldn't believe the way she took the order. Obviously has no customer service skills. So I left and paid more at Dairy Queen and will be leaving them a 5 star review because they were very helpful. Awful service at this location."

"After waiting for 20 minutes for my order my food arrived cold and my tarot tots cam with some fries and old chicken. Very disappointed with the quality of food"
