"I like the simple food experience at Wendy’s, that I can order a burger with extra tomato and fries on the app and its ready about the time I get there to pick it up. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"I work the late shift and was getting food for my roommate and I. I had ordered the Loaded Nacho Combo, 2 for 6 and a queso fry. For starters when I first pulled up, NO ONE picked up the drive thru for 5 minutes, and I mean 5 minutes. Then when they finally decided to answer the drive thru they said, “What do you want?” No hey how’s it going nothing. I pulled up and waited for 15 minutes for my food, no worries I understand how things are sometimes. We get home and I was missing my fries for the combo, the queso fries were just cheese fries (which I don’t like the regular cheese) among other things that were wrong. The food was cold. As someone who previously worked at a Wendy’s for 4 years, this is really disappointing."

"Went through the drive through, got my food and went home. Turns out I was missing multiple sandwiches, a nugget, and some fries. Drove back to Wendy’s and went inside to get the missing items, the manager at this store was a total careless a**, who just wanted to show attitude and try and look cool for everyone. Literally walked away while I was talking at the end. I literally laughed to myself as in the middle of this another older man walked in with his bag and said he was missing items as well. So in the long run, had to drive back forth, never even got all my items, and had to listen to some “manager” try and show his a** after I simply said I was there to get a few items left out of my bag. By time this saga was over, the food was cold garbage anyways. Spare yourself, plenty of other options on memorial better than this one. Literally any restaurant on memorial is better. I will never visit a Wendy’s again after experiencing who this store chose as their “manager”. No wonder the reviews are all so terrible ."

"Food is decent still to this day. Common decency is still roughly the same as I remember in the other franchises (not good). The building, location, and cleanliness is in good standing. The app is very bad, perhaps the worst for the industry."

"This is a new Wendy’s, but they can’t seem to get it right. Been there twice now and both times they’ve messed my order up and my burger was cold. The sign out front says premium pay but they definitely don’t have premium employees"
