"It's hit and miss. We have experienced decent service and not so decent service. On a previous visit, the entire dining room looked as if no one was cleaning up anything. Tables with discarded plates and trash on them, trash on the floor. On this same visit, we ordered online to dine in. There was an extremely unsatisfactory wait based on the ordering 15 minutes before arriving, and when the food was ready, had we not gone up to ask about it, we probably would have never gotten it. On our most recent trip on a Monday afternoon, we were told that they were out of spuds. While I love the fact that we have a McAllisters so close, and I can get my sweet tea easily, I don't know that I can keep giving them chance after chance. To be continued....?"

"Food came out cold. Nachos extremely cold. Cheese barely melted on the potato. Was not very busy in the restaurant. Nachos 90% chips with small amount of toppings only on the top layer. Disappointed compares to other Mcalisters I have visited l."

"We love McAlister's. Their sweet tea is the best around. The spud max and Chipotle chicken spud is good. I love the Chipotle ranch. I wish they would bring back the turkey sandwich with the cranberry sauce on it."

"Typical spacious dining room with some outdoor seating. I had the Italian sandwich with a Caesar salad and cup of chili. Would recommend the chili. Not very busy on a Friday evening."
