"I know this place is still fairly “new.” However, I haven’t been to a more disorganized Waffle House. It took a while for someone to come over to us (there were plenty of open tables) and our server never came back to check if we needed anything else. The cook kept pulling his pants up and would go back to pulling out ingredients wearing the same pair of gloves. Likely won’t return to this location. Might be a management issue."

"Just for the record, I live on this side of town and it’s been a year since this Waffle House has opened. The food is always good, but I work the night shift so I expect my order to be correct at anytime time Waffle House is open busy or not. Everytime I go around 4am these two guys have only got my order right ONCE. Take out or dine-in there is always one or two thing off or missing and never put on the ticket either (like that help the situation). They’re always talking and it’s usually only me and my brother sitting down or taking something to go. Something as small as lemon for my water or blueberries on a waffle is always not brought to the table or in the order and I would ask nicely TWICE. They’re well mannered, just very distracting towards themselves. I tip them simply because they always talk about struggling outside of their jobs. No other Waffle House around me has had this issue whenever go."

"This was a fairly new Waffle House it was clean and the food was good! I had grits, eggs, country ham and toast. I don’t get country ham often because it seems to be a southern food so I look forward to it when in the south. It didn’t disappoint. If you don’t like salt don’t order country ham settle for the regular ham"

"After trick or treating my family, friends, and families visited this location around 7:00 pm. Our orders were taken and it was pretty clear when the drink orders came that things would be mixed up. After 30 minutes or so the server started bringing orders to the table that were not anyone’s at the table. She brought two plates of sausage that nobody ordered and when telling her they weren’t ours she laid them on the table behind us and left them. Only 3 out of 7 people got their orders. Another hour later and watching another table leave because their son had not been provided his food and asking about our orders we were told that they cook for one table at a time. The cook was so frazzled that he pulled a whole stack of plates from the shelf that shattered everywhere. An hour and a half in and my husband asks about our food and the server stated she was going to put in our order. She hadn’t even placed the order even after asking several times. My husband did get vocal to explain how insane this experience had been and how no other waffle house had ever cooked one order at a time and to split peoples orders an hour and a half apart when they were taken at the same time, to eat together. We all went together, who would want to sit with their friends while they eat and wait and hour and a half till you get your food? A cook who literally came in the door 5 minutes before we left and had no idea what had been going on called the cops to have my husband banned from this store, as if that would hurt our feelings. Our friends stayed behind and did speak with them. They also waited almost another hour for the rest of the parties food. The most horrible experience from a Waffle House ever had. They are not trained properly and have no customer service skills."
