"Literally the most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Like a bunch of free range elementary school kids running the place. Screaming and laughing in the back while there are multiple customers waiting out front. Not a “hey/hello/be with you in a minute” nothing. I get that it’s McDonald’s and the bar is pretty low.. but seriously? I would be embarrassed to own a fast food restaurant that is notorious for being sub par and unprofessional. You literally have employees back there dancing with a full lobby of customers. Ridiculous. Not to mention there was a drive thru line wrapped around the building."

"I placed my order 10 minutes before their online cutoff. Was told that since I arrived at 10:05 my order would be cancelled. Was assured money would be refunded at the end of the day. However, if I send an order in before 10, and even if they make it, I guess since I got there after 10 it’s screw me. Same with Taco Bell and other locations around here. Sad to say this is the first restaurant to make me want to write a bad review. If my ticket comes out before 10, it should be made. Not ignored just because it’s close to cutoff."

"This review isn’t about the food. The food was average McDonald’s fair nothing more nothing less. Or about the atmosphere of anything the lobby was in desperate need of attention. This review however is about an employee that went above and beyond and truly cares about his job and the people he serves. Lonell went above and beyond at every step tonight. As mentioned before the lobby when we walked in was a mess. We went to get a seat and wait for our order to finish. We informed Lonell that our table was dirty and could use a quick wipe down. He wiped it down, even though we had asked for a wipe to do it ourselves after seeing they were busy, and then he came back and dried it off. He did this joyfully, without any type of attitude or complaining and with a smile. He was also quick and efficient when we requested additional sauces and refills throughout our meal. While we were eating, he cleaned the entire dining room and expedited food very efficiently during our rather brief visit. Huge shout out to him and the owner/operator of this location. Please keep him. It is people like him that truly make the biggest impact."

"There seemed, I speculated, to be a war going on between the homeless population and the restaurant. Aside from the kiosks and straws, an employee was required for every napkin, water cup, drink refill, or packet of ketchup. Even getting a restroom door open required permission from employees. Christmas decorations replaced where fountain drinks used to be. That's the first time I've experienced something like that and I wonder if it's going to be a trend."

"I'm not the kind of person that expects anything from a McDonald's. I'd rarely call them fast and wouldn't call it food. My personal feelings of McDonald's aside, this particular one was terrible. Went through the drive through. Took our order pretty promptly. The guy at the first window opened it and just said the price of the food. Didn't double check to make sure the order was right at the speaker or window. I've personally worked fast food and feel as though this is a bare minimum kind of thing. you should check you got the order right either at the speaker or at the window before CHARGING someone. After the payment (which God only knows if they got right), the man at the window just said "hey" and handed a bag and drink. To my surprise, they had gotten the order right. However I don't think "hi" and handing food and closing a window is all that professional. I mean what is this service? I get you're working at McDonald's, but come on."
