"Went here a few nights ago and was served raw fish. And cold fries. The boy behind the counter was texting and VAPING right there near the food! When someone from the back walked by to use the restroom and asked us how it was I said it's raw, look fish is white cooked and flaky not pink, and you can't stick a fork in it because it is way undercooked, and she said oh no it's a new type of fish we got. She says they send different types of fish it's not always the same (ok sure) then she made up some ridiculous story about fish only being white if it's dusted and this one wasn't dusted I said dusted ? Do you mean breaded ?she said no dusted to make it white, I asked her to explain dusting, and she just looked lost, How about instead of making up lies you just apologize for it not being cooked properly, refund my money at least for the fish, which we left here on the table so they could see we didn't eat it. The lady who is there at night is always rude, and we will never go back to this captain Ds again"

"We decided to give Captain Ds another try. The last time we ate at one was 15+ years ago in Springfield, MO. Always ate with the gray-haired aunts who resided there for years. My husband always enjoyed the food. On the other hand, I was not a fan. So, while in Lebanon, TN, we decided to give it another try BECAUSE the signage out front claimed now serving dessert from Cheesecake Factory! Staff at the register were delightful and confirmed they were serving two varieties of Cheesecake Factory desserts, plain and Oreo. Showdown time! Food weh. Got shrimp and battered fish. My husband ordered a fish plate with macaroni. Hushpuppies are good. Otherwise, I'd say cheap food at a reasonable price. For the Oreo Cheesecake, it was an imitation or a sad, cheaper version of what "The Factory" serves at their fine restaurants. We both agreed this was not the type of food we want to spend our money on. We are now at the same age our grey-haired aunts were those many years ago!"

"Did an online order and paid with Apple Pay. It stated it would be done at 7:32. I get to the window at 7:50 and they stated it isn’t ready yet, you’ll have to come inside. I asked why I had to come inside and she stated it isn’t ready yet. So I asked once again why I had to come inside and she said either that or pull in a spot. I asked how much longer and she just stated they are working on it. She wasn’t very nice during any of our interaction. Finally got my food at 8:02. 30 minutes after it was suppose to be done and about 45 minutes after it was ordered. Oh and she tried to charge me even though I paid online. When I told her this she just shut the window and walked somewhere else. That’s when she told me I needed to come inside or park. Food was soggy and barely warm. Wasn’t very good. Fries, Fish and okra wasn’t crispy at all."
