"5 stars all the way around! My wife and I just happened upon this lovely little gem that recently opened in downtown Knoxville after our doctor appointment just across the street. The staff was very friendly, service was 5 stars as was quality of food. As small business owners ourselves, we truly appreciate the welcoming sense of “family” we felt when we first stepped in the door. Absolutely worth a visit! Oh yeah, and try the RipTide. My FAVORITE drink so far we’ve tried."

"Just Love is my favorite coffee shop/cafe ever. I've been to the Knoxville and the Cleveland location and my experiences have been great in both. My go to latte is the White Chocolate Tiramisu. It's the best latte I've ever had. The staff is very kind and friendly and do a wonderful job. It has a very cozy environment. I highly recommend visiting if you haven't yet."

"Bottom line: great coffee, great service, and clean, great atmosphere. Very impressed with this little joint. Baristas know how to actually make a latte. So many other shops scorch the milk and it kills me- but not these guys! Beautifully crafted creations are all they serve in their mugs! Overall presentation of the shop floor is very aesthetic and pleasing. They have a delightful selection of breakfasts, lunch foods, and pastries. Highly recommended for the campus student or the traveler passing through. This cafe is conveniently located right in front of the Graduate Hotel."
