"It was okay, I'm not fond of paying almost twenty two bucks for a cheap replacement bulb that I can buy at Walmart for ten bucks!"

"Do not order anything online with pick up at this store! Today was the 3rd encounter with this particular store. Prior problems include calling to inquire about a part in stock then showing up to pick it up and it’s not there. Today was the last straw!!! Order parts on line. 1/2 of our order they did not have in stock so the other 1/2 came in later. We called to confirm that it was available for pickup. I went by to pick it up and the desk person, (Joshua), said a different name for the order. Then he said he we needed to show proof of purchase. I said it was ordered online and we already had half of the order. Long story short….I had to call my husband at work, for him to call the store he ordered from, and then have them call the store. Joshua was incredibly inept, miscommunicated, and rude! He could have simply called whomever, or checked the “system”, to verify confirmation. When I asked why he couldn’t just call the other store, to save my husband the trouble, whom was at work, his reply was that he’d let my husband just call them and “let it play out.” What kind of answer is that?? I highly recommend our regular Napa store on Kingston Pike near Pellissippi or the Clinton Hwy store. Joshua should be retrained with resolution in mind, not on how to make a frustrating situation worse."

"Dearest Joshua You who just treated my wife like some sort of child who doesn’t know anything and implied she was there to somehow steal some parts. Parts which had been shipped from another location and were ready for pickup. Joshua who refused to call the other store and forced me to take time from my job to do yours. Joshua, who then had to have be called from the other store to tell him exactly what my wife had just told him. Joshua who did all this after he told her the parts weren’t even there to begin with. (And was corrected by another employee) You all need to deal with this Joshua guy before you lose more business than he’s already costing you. My group will no longer be using Napa for our projects. I notice his name has been brought up before on reviews… good job guy! Congrats Joshua, you are a real piece of work.."

"I don’t post reviews ever but I had an encounter with one of the most arrogant, know it all, never wrong type guy at this store. Josh is his name I believe and I won’t be back. I’ve been shopping with Napa for over 30 years and 5 minutes with this guy changed my whole opinion on the company. If you want to be degraded and talked to like a child that knows nothing, this would be your store. Management needs to evaluate their counter people."

"Jessica went above and beyond what I expect for an auto parts store to help me broken down on interstate in a loaded semi. Great staff and saved me money and most important valuable time especially with refrigerated product. Looked up belt I needed and had parts runner drop it off to me at no charge and I got installed and back truckin in under an hour and a half. Thank you all for the excellent customer service in Tennessee. Great job"
