Xiaos' Hibachi and Sushi

"The sushi rolls were quite small for the price compared to others in town. It’s a bit dark inside and it smells a bit musty. The staff and service were exceptional and very kind."

"We dined in on Sunday evening at 4:15pm. We had 2 adults and 1 child. The restaurant was not busy and we chose a table instead of hibachi. The part we were puzzled with was a service fee added to our bill of $10.83. It just stated “service fee”. We didnt understand why this was automatically added to our bill. I’m wondering if this is normal practice at this establishment? Food was really good, and sushi was very good and well presented. We did lack service in getting refills quickly and never offered again after check was dropped off even though we stayed for 30 more minutes enjoying conversation."

"This used to be a 5 star place in my book, well worth the hour+ drive for me to get there. Excellent sushi and excellent service. But when I went there a few days ago, it wasn't even 2 star quality. We seldom saw our server. Another lady hoped our food was good and said she'd bring us our check shortly, to which I replied that we were still waiting for our food (45+ minutes). When it did come out, only part of the order was correct. They gave us a couple sushi rolls that weren't what we ordered and we have no idea what they were. They didn't tell us what any of them were. But at least it didn't start like another couple. They sat there for 20 minutes before stopping the hostess and asking if she could take their order. I'll go back, hoping that night was a one in a million bad night for them. With so many good experiences over the years, I'd hate it if this was their new standard."

"It's been years since we've had a favorite sushi restaurant being our last one shut down due to the owner moving back home to Japan. Xiaos' is the first time we've truly enjoyed sushi since losing Ken's ❤️ We highly recommend them!!!"

"$90 for this? Ordered the sushi and drove halfway across town after reading semi great reviews. Um. I’m lost. Food was a disaster. Look at this mess (pics to follow). Literally a train wreck. All of the sauces and sushi are smothered and flowed together. This would be okay if it was $8 sushi from Publix but not almost $90. Save your generic response. “Not giving you another try” “Yes you missed the mark” “Sorry it was an off night” “Usually doesn’t happen”. 1 star. Would give zero if possible.
