"Our Total was 17.01. She Wouldn’t process our order until we Went and found a penny. We had 17 even or a $100. No change for the hundred of course, The guy beside me gave us a penny to get us through the line. She made something a big deal for no reason. It Wasn’t the end of the world on our end but super petty. Next situation was the woman placing her order behind me not wanting to process the coupon she brought because it expired by 1 day even though they said on the phone they would take it. so she made her go out to her car and cut the new one and hold up the line, she is just petty. Also they won’t take an order over the phone now without paying first which is also strange. All we know now is that we ate here twice a week for two years now and will not be going back. And just to add the food is good and great portions for the $. But the service is terrible."

"Ordered a bean & rice burrito - The burrito had one bite of rice, some beans and the rest tortilla. They did not fill this burrito at all. It was disappointing to pay $6 for a tortilla with a bit of beans - No wonder why it was empty on a Saturday!!! The guacamole was delicious & chips warm. The staff were very friendly. ***-The Mount Juliet location actually puts food in their burritos, so you are getting more than just an expensive tortilla."

"We tried this spot on a whim and we’re in love. So many green flags. The portions are super generous and the prices are excellent for what you get. Fresh cilantro and jalapeños available. Chill atmosphere. Amazing flavors, fresh tasting ingredients. A seriously great spot. Carne Asada Nachos + Carne Asada Burrito Wet Style"
