"I visited this location on 12/16/23 around 11am. It was very busy but we were seated right away. Food looked really good. The issue came when I watched the young lady helping out server, take out food to TWO different tables, sit it down and only picked it up when the people told her it was not their food. After the second time doing this, she brought the food to our table and set it down like it was nothing. I asked her was this the same food she took to two other tables and she said yes. Then went on to say, "but they didn't touch it. I promise." I told her it was not just about touching it, right at that moment, someone at one of the tables started coughing really hard. And I just looked at the lady. My server came over and apologized and asked if I wanted them to remake the food. I said yes but the food was remade because 2 minutes later, they brought it back. I asked to see the manager who had been walking around the whole time until I asked to see him and then I never saw him again. I really hope that restaurants will train their young staff about food safety and not just let anything slide. I was a regular at IHOP, but this will probably be the last time for a while. Very disappointing because the food looked good but unfortunately, I couldn't eat it after that. I called a few days later to speak to a manager, but again, no one was available. Just train your staff, servers included, on food safety and handling."

"I'm a senior regular. All staff go above and beyond. I've overheard staff giving directions to the lost, explaining local history to tourists, and giving advice on how to order from the menu to get a lesser price for precisely what the customer wants. One staffer makes and wears bracelets. If a youngster complements the bracelet, the staffer gives the youngster the bracelet. Good folks. Food's good, right temperature and reasonably priced."

"Normally have perfectly cooked meal, cooked how I ordered. Guess they had off moment. I asked for scrambled but got over easy( i think that's correct term since I don't like anything uncooked except sushi)"

"We had a great experience at this location. Our waitress Teresa was great, and seemed to be a favorite of all the tables around us. What made today great was that they made the Cheeseburger Omelette that hasn’t been on the menu in a long time. Usually when we ask we are told no, but they made it today and it was great."
