"Crazy prices. If you were truly a Christian, you wouldn’t be doing this."
"Karm is one of the most evil businesses I have ever come across. As someone who spent four years homeless in Knoxville I can tell you for a fact that they steal homeless peoples belongings every day. They do not provide you with a safe place to keep your belongings, you have to leave it all unattended by the front door . At around 11am every single day a Karm Stores truck comes and takes everything that was left or forgotten, doesn't matter if you're in the hospital. It's crazy how many homeless people would go into their stores and find their belongings , somethings even with their names written inside, on their shelves for sale. This place claims 100% of their profits goes to helping homeless..that isn't possible.. they lie. They make so much profit and have so many donors that if that were true the streets of Knoxville wouldn't be littered with hundreds upon hundreds of struggling homeless day and night. I pray those people are able to get out of that city and get actual help from a place that cares because KARM is not that.."
"Prices are absolutely insane at every location for items they received for free so I’m done shopping at all KARM’s effective now. They should seriously not refer to themselves as a thrift store. They will no longer be receiving any more of my donations or money. Too bad I can’t add photos of some of the ridiculous prices I just saw."
"Fantastic store! Great selection, and very good prices. Store was well laid out, and very clean and neat. Staff is the store was super sweet, and exceptionally helpfull. It's obvious that the management is good to their people, and KARM itself has always seemed to be "good people" I will shop this store a lot."
"I honestly think I'm done with this store. There are NO bargains to be found here. I might as well shop retail. Saw a Kohls for kids peanuts Lucy plush with $10.99 on it!!!! When I questioned how prices are determined I was told there was a separate department that handles it and they look things up!!! I showed her price on Lucy and she thought it was high, but said lower price then buying New. WRONG Then if I do buy something which is rare you have the audacity to ask me if I want to round up $2.00!!! Really??!! How about round DOWN!! I understand your cause, but how about lowering your prices and sell more stuff? Color coordinating your stuff is not appealing either it's senseless. Clothes yes not merchandise. I wish people would stop shopping here until they lower their prices."
