"Nothing but junk. Went through two different dryers and neither one worked.The first dryer made scratching noises and the second dryer was stuck on a cooling cycle. When I called the second time they blamed it on my electrical. Had an electrician check out my 240v outlet and it was fine. I’ll never shop there again."

"Needed an electric dryer as the new place didn't have electrical hookups. He is a busy man but showed up when he said. Pointed out the dryers at the price requested. Also the plug was wrong type so he switched it out with zero problem. Said if we needed anything to contact him. Would definitely suggest his business"

"I contacted this company via Facebook Marketplace and was told I could get a stove for $150 and was told I would receive $40 back if I bring back my old stove. When I got there to make the purchase I was told I would only receive $30 for my old stove. The stove I purchased was so disgusting that it took 3-4 hours of cleaning. I can’t imagine why they would sell a stove in this condition. When I brought my old stove back I was told it would only be $20… There obviously is no communication between that staff regarding prices. Eventually, I was given $30 for the return but the employee was not happy and made a rude comment about $10 not gonna make him broke. The business has very rude employees and no structure or organization with the purchasing process. I was very disappointed with my overall experience."

"Make sure you read their policy on returns and refunds. The owner won't even answer his phone,sends to voice Mail and it says her doesn't return calls.. I traded washer and dryer set for another set and paid 290.00 washer didn't work,brought back he loaded another in my truck and I asked him if it really worked he said yes,I just wanted him to show me it worked, I decided not to keep it and asked for my money back for just the washer,they refused.. I wouldn't recommend Evergreen Appliances."

"Horrible!! That ad said washers starting at $135 to $175. Drove from Maryville to Knoxville and those washers don't work properly. I ask which ones work properly then he showed me others that started at $200. I was in a bind and already there so I agreed to it. Then I told him exactly where I lived. He said $50 to deliver. He doesn't take credit cards so I had to go to the bank to get cash. I leave drive back to Maryville. Then he text and says it will be another $26. I could either pay it or come get my money. So I went and got my money. Not professional and his washers and dryers look like junk. I believe things happen for a reason so it's all good. However, I will never go to him nor would I refer anyone to him!!"
