The way he was talking to an employee was very uncalled for. Someone needs to talk to him about how to talk to employees females at that!!! I watched the girl walk to the bathroom with tears in her eyes. If this is who you have running the place you are going to lose business very quickly!!! You lost a loyal customer and being a police officer word of mouth is a very powerful thing and will probably lose a lot more customers besides my wife and I. If you need some professional classes the county does offer anger management classes but the way he talked to that young lady I honestly couldn't tell you if it would help him."

"Order a ham biscuit. It looked and tasted like a biscuit leftover from the previous day. Ham is supposed to be juicy, not dehydrated. If I had not been in a hurry I would have returned it. This is the second different Hardee's that their ham biscuit was gross."

"Was in drive through going to work. Asked for super bacon biscuit with no cheese. We asked again at window that she was aware we did not want cheese on biscuit. She said no cheese on it. We paid left and I looked at biscuit, cheese was on it. I called up there and did not even get apology. She asked cook if he put cheese in it and he said no, heard him in background. She assumed I just wanted something for free. I said no I do not want anything, just want you to pay attention what you are doing. She got smart and hung up on me. So please tell me, I guess cheese to them is a different color... because picture below shows cheese to me on it!"
