"I did not get asked if I needed any help whatsoever. This stores customer service is lacking. I was the only one in the store with 2 associates working. They stayed behind the registers the whole time talking to each other and eating. I usually frequent the maryville store where they go above and beyond with their customer service. I will not be visiting this location again."

"There is a pretty, hispanic looking, clerk that works here. She needs training in customer service. She is extremely unfriendly!! It actually seems like you’re putting her out if you need assistance from her. I let it go the first time I visited the Clinton store. However she behaved the same way again today. She needs to learn some manners. I don’t plan on returning."

"This time, I went into the store, I was not greeted by any of the staff. I walked around ,looking at the clothes, and not one staff member asked if they could help me. When I could not find what I was looking for, I had to go looking for a staff member. When I found someone, and asked, all she said was no, we do not have any,and walked away. I then went to check out with two tops, I waited for her to ask if I had downloaded the the 30% discount , that is advertised at the front of the store,she did not,and rang my purchase up at full.price. I bought the shirts ,paid my bill,and walked out. I then proceeded to call their corporate office. This store failed on all counts. This store is in Clinton, Tn."
