"I ordered a cake from the bakery for my wife cause for one she loves Fall and second her mother just found out she possibly has cancer. I was trying to lift up her spirits so I ordered a cake that was supposed to be Fall themed and they got it wrong. I was disappointed cause it's been already a rough week and this didn't help. What impressed me though was the store manager went out of his way and fixed the issue professionally. I told him about the situation and he was very sincere about it. He let me get flowers and a refund for my troubles. It goes to show that there is good people left in this world. I know things can be done wrong occasionally but he made it right. This is a great place to go to and the one mistake that happened today after several years of going here doesn't change my feelings about this store. Good job Sam!!"

I needed a wreath sent to Holley Gamble funeral home for a family member - she worked with me over the phone sent me a photo - added to the wreath - I am just so overwhelmed and happy- excellent customer service and a caring attitude for others. TY so much You will never know what this meant."
